DEVELOPMENT
The idea elaboration of Batang Industrial Park – BIP adopts the concept of agro-industrial park development where circular economy is the main goal through optimizing the supply chain from Batang Regency and its surroundings.
Through this concept, the objective of the park is to support several distinct areas dedicated to processing, logistics platforms, R&D, and technology transfer, business incubators, service areas, and other common facilities.
MASTER PLAN
Batang Industrial Park – BIP is developed following the sustainability principals, focusing on 3 pillarrs; (1) Green, (2) Circular, dan (3) Inclusive. These 3 pillars are reflected within the masterplan design and the planning for infrastructure and supporting facilities.
The first phase of the project is focused on Industrial Land. The second phase apart from industrial land, is also planned for the development of Warehousing, Small-medium size built-to-suit factories, commercial areas, and housing.
